QF may rate highly on service but recently, they did not impress me with being punctual. I have taken six flights during the past month or so;
4 hour delay - 2.5 hour delay - 1 hour delay - 3 x on-time.
2 of the on-time flights were with Virgin Blue (the first time I have used DJ). The other 4 flights were QF with only one on-time.
