I cannot give you all the answers to that there is probably multiple reasons, expense, age of training aircraft, difficulty of finding work, attitude of instructors, training standards to name a few.
But what I can say is that I am part of a working group that is meeting regularly to look into these area's with a fine tooth comb and hope to find some answers I would also love some of you guys out there to forward reasons why you think there is a decline my email is
