Elevator Trim Angles
If you have a system that uses full powered controls with a trimming tail and elevators, when the aircraft is in trim is the elevator always in the neutral position?
One of those JAR ATPL questions sugests that the elevator would not necessarily be in neutral, depending on e.g. downwash from flap extension.
