Inland Pacific Info???

Am looking for some information on lnland Pacific at Townsville.

I am aware of AOC/Company Ownership/Aircraft types/Routes etc, but would really like to hear from any current or ex pilots as to conditions, Safety Culture and what the management have been like to work for.
