Fortunately the operator I work for has resisted the temptation to specify special procedures for grooved or porous runways and just relys on wet/damp/dry definitions. Maybe they consulted Mr Overrun.
Mr Skyyacht`s post seems rather rushed - why not mention reverted rubber as well?.
